To Find your lenses

Choose your lenses from the "Select Contact Lenses" drop down menu above. Scroll down to your product and click on it. From within that drop down menu you can also click on "Full Product List" to see all products.

or, Type your exact name brand into the search box to the left. Hit 'enter' or click the box to the right of the search box (the one with the magnifying glass image). Click on the lens you wear to continue with your order.

To Purchase your lenses

1. After you find your lenses, enter your prescription information using the drop down boxes provided.
2. You will then see a confirmation page with an order number. This will let you know your order has been received and is on its way. You will be sent an email copy of this confirmation as well as an email letting you know when your order has shipped and when to expect delivery.

4. We will verify your prescription. Then you will receive an email letting you know when your order has shipped and when to expect delivery.
5. Payment options will be described on your invoice. You can pay online, by phone, or by mail using a credit card or check.

To Refill your order

Click on the refill link that we will send you by email when it's time to refill your order. This will take you to your personalized refill page where you can quickly refill your order.

or, Come back to www.clearlycontacts.co.nz and on the left hand side of the homepage under "Refill my Last Order", fill in your email address and post code, and your information will appear on the next page.

You can also have your contact lenses refilled automatically at specified intervals through Coastal Contacts' Auto-Refill program, just let us know by contacting Customer Care at 0800 446 107. If you would like to cancel your auto-refill, you may do so at any time by contacting Customer Care by phone or by e-mail.
