For ages I've battled with daily contact lenses as for some reason I've never been able to see with them as well as I could with my glasses. My optician suggested changing to toric lenses and miracle of miracles I could see clearly again. The only issue was that at the time, the only option for toric lenses were those that you changed every three months and had to clean daily. These type of lenses are a lot thicker than the daily disposables and really irritated my already dry eyes. So I stopped wearing lenses for several years until I happened to see toric daily disposables had become available and I immediately purchased some. It was a great decision. They are comfortable, don't further aggravate my dry eyes even though I can wear them all day at work in an air conditioned office. I do still sometimes need to use comfort drops, but not very often. For someone who does not have dry eye then these lenses would be even more wonderful.
